Tips tp write good article

Follow these guidelines to write effective, quality article or report .
 
1- Write effective titles. Keep the title length to around 75 characters. Capitalize the first character of every word in your title.
 
2- Article's title should be keyword rich. Try to put important keywords in the front of the title. No author name or quotes etc in the titles please.
 
3- Keyword is a term or topic that you are writing about. One reports can have one or more keywords in it.
 
4- Report ‘s title should contain more than one word in it. 
 
5- The title of your report should match the content of your reports ‘s body. 
 
6- Linking to external sites is allowed in the column’s body but make sure that you are not spamming there. There should not be more than 3 links in any given column and they must be placed to the end only. Any link that we suspect as a spam will be removed without any prior notice.
 
7- Even though we accept columns consisting of 200 or more words yet we ask our members to put more than 300 words in their columns for better readability and search engine optimization. And your columns should not be more than 1500 words in length.
 
8- Put important keywords in your report’s body. Make use of both long tail and short tail keywords. Check for keyword density as well.
 
9- Make paragraphs of equal sizes. If you have a report worth 500 words then try making 5 paragraphs of 100 words each rather than making just one or two big paragraphs. And please ensure a line break between two consecutive paragraphs.
 
10- Take care of formatting of your reports. It should be single spaced, appropriate paragraph breaks, etc.
 
Note: To put the line break between your paragraphs you have to hit the enter twice as single hit will just end up the line and won’t put any line break.
 
11- Sub headings or sub titles in the body are allowed
 
12- Don’t forget to tag and categorize your reports which helps better indexing on our own site and in search engines.
